About Us.

Welcome to Valley Christmas Trees. We are a family run business producing high quality Christmas trees in the south-east of Ireland for over 20 years.

We supply premium quality Noble & Nordmann Fir Christmas trees to Ireland, the UK & Europe.

The Lifecycle.

Our carefully selected young plants are nurtured from the moment they are planted on our farms until they are harvested.

All trees are individually hand pruned and fertilised in Springtime and Summer to ensure the perfect full Christmas tree shape and the rich green vibrant colour of our trees.

During the harvest each year every tree is hand selected and graded to meet the requirements of our customers. We time the harvest of our trees to ensure that they are delivered to our customers just when they need them so that the optimal quality of the tree is maintained.

Plantations are located close to the east coast which allows easy access to transportation routes to the UK.

Our Trees

Noble Fir

The Noble fir Christmas tree is a popular Christmas tree with beautiful blue green foliage.

It has excellent needle retention. The Noble fir is known for its ‘Christmas Tree’ fragrance which brings the smell of the forest into the home.

Nordmann Fir

The Nordmann fir Christmas tree is one of the most popular Christmas trees and is favoured for its attractive soft dark green foliage.

It has excellent needle retention and is renowned for its longevity, and will last well throughout the Christmas season.

Sustainably Farmed.

Our trees are sustainably produced. Trees are planted in the Spring and Autumn to maintain the cycle of growing, replacing every tree harvested with one or more young plants.
